Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a credit card and a 50% deposit are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon the completion of your service. Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be retained. However, if you provide 24 hours’ notice or more, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
Late Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notifying us via call or email, you will be charged the full price of the service.
Minor Policy
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the treatment room unless they are receiving a service. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and consent forms must be signed prior to any treatment.
Refund Policy
All products and services are non-refundable.
